This is such a great video!! Thanks a lot for making it. Special appreciation for mentioning EDS, it is a rather rare reference. I actually have EDS-related shoulder problem (partial cuff tear, frequent subluxation and a few other subsequent issues that have built up over the years) and struggle a lot during prolonged sitting at the desk - it'd be nice to see if there are any tips on how to set up the desk environment to reduce the pain. The doctors basically sent me for an operation, but I came across your earlier videos on shoulder impingement exercises and have been doing them religiously to build up shoulder muscles for the past year now. It has helped me tremendously.

I kept having ligament pain in L shoulder while doing cable chest fly's & bench press since 2-3 weeks. Last week I had more pain while doing hammer curls with 7.5kg. 5kg I didn't have pain. My doc said it was an ac joint sprain n recommended some of the beginner lvl exercises for shoulder. I must say the classification of workouts given in this video are AMAZING for recovery in different stages! Starting with the mobility, then adding strength workouts n then pull n push days at gym!! Not even my physiotherapist recommended all these in so many stages! They made so some basic mobility exercises n asked me to get back to gym in 2nd week n work only with resistance band this week. Thank you sooo soooooo much for making this video! This REALLYY is helpful. Now I know how and what to do in a safe order.

Hi, I am pretty certain the medical professionals are very helpful with knowledge and education of certain conditions but nevertheless it is annoying when there is no Q.& A. So I have both cervical and lumbar stenosis and have read somewhere that sometimes other diseases or illnesses show up like MS or Parkinsons , does anyone have any news on this ? Positive would be preferable.

First menuscus was September 2019 and second was the crosban reconstruction on October 2021 and last was another menuscus 2022. Please do you have any advice for me. God bless you sir.

I have been suffering from plantar faciitis for 5 months now. I wish this is how my physio talked. Not just giving a list of exercises and sending me on my way will do these recommendations that are science based! I have a calneal bone spur that they wanted to operate on. I am a nurse who walks around 15-20k steps per shift, and my feet kill me every day after shift, and it really is miserable living with plantar faciitis. This makes a lot of sense that the bone spur is not a cause of it. For me, it's occupational. Thank you so much for all the information also read the blog which really explains a lot about the condition! Thank you!!!

Been an athlete my whole life and have always struggled with this issue. My mom has it and so does my brother. Is it purely genetic or can it be fixed? I’m sure I can improve it but I wanna know if there is some sort of genetic impingement or if anyone has the ability to squat with full range without the heal lifting up. Has anyone been able to fully reverse the issue?

I have developed 3 Bulging disks and 2 annular tears (Lifelong injuries that might only make a 90% recovery) at 24 years old because I arched my back all the time especially when weightlifting. I basically forced myself into anterior tilt constantly and this is the only real lead I have on the cause of my back issues as there was no acute cause... so yeah this video was a bit demoralising.
